1. Use the cross screwdriver to remove the four screws covering the chicken house controller.
2. Open the cover of the controller, disconnect it from the the power wiring and motor wiring of the bottom box.
3. Use a cross screwdriver to remove the pressure plate in the top of the battery compartment in the bottom box.
4. Take out the battery compartment in the bottom box, and install the battery according to the battery polarity direction on the battery compartment.
5. After the battery is installed, reconnect the power wiring and motor wiring on the cover of the control box to install the cover of the controller.
